Abstract

This research analyzes the demand for Peranakan Etawa (PE) goat milk in Kampung Rempak, Siak District, with a case study at Koperasi Amanah Mitra Usaha. The method used is descriptive analysis through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that the demand for PE goat milk is influenced by the price of goat milk, the price of cow's milk, income, taste, and future expectations. A total of 59.38% of respondents consume PE milk for health reasons, and 75% feel their income is sufficient to buy regularly. Consumer loyalty remains high despite the lower price of cow's milk. These findings can be utilized by farmers, cooperatives, and stakeholders to improve marketing strategies and support the development of the PE goat milk industry.
